The principals of Main and Main have 70 years of combined experience in the real estate development and construction industry. Main and Main has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of over 200 properties in more than 37 states.

Eric Reed | Principal
Eric Reed, is Principal of Main & Main Capital Group. He has over 17 years’ experience working in the commercial real estate industry on both the tenant and Landlord side. Before joining Main & Main Eric spent 4 years running the real estate department for Raising Cane’s during which time the company nearly double in size from 190 restaurants to nearly 400. In 2017 Raising Canes was named the “Fastest Growing Restaurant Chain in America” in terms of percent increase of location and Same Restaurant Sales by Restaurant News. Prior to working for Raising Cane’s Eric has also worked in house for Sally Beauty, Payless Shoe Source and Brinker International. Mr. Reed has extensive experience in identifying, acquiring and constructing retail projects. He also has extensive contacts with National credit retailers and is a 15+ year member of ICSC. He received his Bachelor of Finance degree from Texas A & M University.
Dan Dover | Principal
Dan Dover is a principal of Main & Main Capital Group, LLC. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in developing real estate. Dan has worked for national retailers Chili’s, On The Border, The Home Depot, AT&T Wireless and Circuit City as well as private developers Centergy Retail, Margaux Development, Falcon Realty Advisors and Cross Development. Dan has worked directly for the Tenant, as a consultant to the Tenant, and as a developer for the Tenant, understanding all sides of a project. This experience helps Dan to meet Tenant’s needs for on-time delivery along with sales week and store count delivery. He has successfully managed every aspect of the project life cycle from real estate to development and through construction. Dan has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
Garrett Reed | Principal
Garrett Reed a principal of Main & Main Capital Group, LLC. He has over 16 years’ experience working in the commercial real estate industry including working in-house for Starbucks, Corner Bakery, Dunkin Donuts, Radio Shack and Zale’s. After working in-house, he became a founding partner in N3 Capital Group, LLC. After selling his interest in N3 in 2005 he was a founding partner in Main & Main. Mr. Reed has been instrumental in client management identifying, acquiring and constructing retail projects. He received his Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of North Texas.
Ralph D. Reed | Principal
Ralph Reed, CPA, is a principal of Main & Main Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Reed brings more than 45 years of financial and operations experience to the company. He started his career with KPMG rising to the level of Audit Manager. He then assumed the position of Executive Vice-President and CFO of a large publicly traded Savings and Loan and was elected President and a member of the Board of Directors before leaving for a large mortgage banking firm. After leaving the financial institutions area, Mr. Reed served as President of a check verification and credit card processing company before establishing a retail development company (N3) in 2002. He sold his interest in N3 in 2005 and established Main & Main. At N3 and Main & Main he has successfully developed and sold over 100 triple net lease properties. He was appointed by Governor Mark White to the Finance Commission for the State of Texas and served as its Chairman during his term. Mr. Reed received both his MBA and BBA (with honors) from Texas A&M University.
Ashley joined Main & Main Capital Group as Development Coordinator in November 2018. She brings almost a decade of experience in law, project management, and technical writing. Prior to joining Main & Main, she was employed with Buxton Company, a customer analytics and site selection firm, and managed the company’s proposal and RFP processes. Prior to that, Ashley was a paralegal at Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm, where she specialized in real estate, estate planning, evictions, and corporate matters. Ashley leverages her wealth of knowledge to aid the development team by supporting administrative and project management activities required to bring a pipeline project through to opening day. A Tennessee native, Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Communication Studies and Studio Art and a minor in Corporate Strategy.
Sam is a Development Manager at Main & Main Capital Group, joining in March, 2020. He has nearly a decade of experience in Real Estate and Development, starting as a Development Manager at Cross Development. Prior to working in Development, he worked at Lockheed Martin as project management support. Sam received a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics – Finance & Real Estate degree from Texas A&M.
Justin Olivieri is a project manager at Main & Main Capital Group joining in August 2021. Prior to joining Main & Main, Justin was the senior project manager at a national GC working on ground up and renovations in multi family. He has eight years of experience in commercial, residential and multi family construction. Justin is a USAF veteran having served in the military for 10 years. Justin is the proud father of three kids and is seen pictured with his wife & kids.
Kim joined Main & Main Capital Group as Development Coordinator in June 2021. Prior to joining Main & Main Kim was instrumental in building a national restaurant brand, MOOYAH Burgers, Fries and Shakes from 3 restaurants to over 100 restaurants nationwide. In her decade with MOOYAH as construction manager, Kim was vital in assisting franchisees in managing all aspects of the restaurant opening process, beginning from the architectural phase, through the construction phase to ultimately opening their restaurant(s). Kim has worked in the restaurant industry for 30 plus years, starting in 1986 with Metromedia Restaurant Group who had a variety of well- known brands, (Steak & Ale, Bennigan’s, Ponderosa and Bonanza). In 2019 Kim completed a construction certification at North Lake College which has assisted Kim in her growth and knowledge within the construction field. Kim is very proud to be called “Grandma”, pictured with Kim is her husband Jeff and her granddaughters, Maya and Emilia.
